South Dakota - Pepsi

Well it's that time of year again. CHRISTMAS!!!! I've been out here in Sioux City, South Dakota for the last week or so visiting my mom and this side of the family for the holidays. The days have been long and restless but relaxing at the same time. I'm defiantly taking advantage of this brief vacation before school starts back up again. Once it does I'll be MIA until the next break we have. Last week, Glaskat and Mission rock presented a very interesting turn of events for me. I hope it turns out for the better. I'm just not so sure it can be done. Why? Why? WHY? didnt I follow my instincts in the first place? Sorry for the ambiguity, but I feel like a silly fool. =\ At any rate here are some pictures I took of Pepsi, my families little 10ish yr old doggy. She has not left my side since I've arrived in South Dakota. She sleeps at my side every night and keeps me warm in this superrrrrr cold weather. I had heard that in the last few days there's been 21" of snowfall. Which all had to be cleared from the driveway. -____-

Shit Got Real

I haven't made a post in quite some time on here but that is mostly due to Greg and Gino keeping me extremely busy with their events. I've also taken on quite a few shoots recently as well. School started the other day which has had an extremely steep learning curve that i haven't been able to adjust to just yet.


I just came back to this blog after leaving it for almost 3 months or more. I started this post back in October but never finished it. I have been really overwhelmed these last few months with EVERYTHING. I feel like i have absolutely no time for anything anymore, but now its finals time. After this week everything will be all good for about 3 weeks then the hell starts all over again. There are so many things going on in my life at the moment i hardly have time to talk about everything. The basics are I'm up here at UCD workin' my ass off, I'm still workin' the club scene and I haven't forgotten about anyone. I've just been busy as hell, so forgive my lack of communication.

Infectious something or other

It's been quite a while since I posted anything, but I've been really busy with photoshoots and working parties. I haven't had any time to enjoy taking pictures like i usually do. There have been many changes in my life recently including my return to the Team USA Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team which is probably the most exciting event. I found a room in a condo in Davis, I'm registered for classes and i bought a new bike for transportation/fitness while I'm there. Pictures of the place and my new bike are pending. When i have some time I'll get to it. I suppose that's whats good for now.

On to the gross stuff. Since i returned to the gym I think I got some ringworm or some kind of bacteria infection from the mats. Its kinna gross but its interesting to look at. I started treating it with Lamisil and I think its getting better. *shrugs* enjoy!!! hahaha

Father's Day Gone Wedding

Father's day dinner was at my grandparents place this year and of course we had a craaaaaaackin meal and my family bs'ed about everything possible. The highlight of the night however was my cousin's wedding dress that she bought for super cheap on craigslist! To bad my cousin Fia was the only one who can fit in it so these are some pix to help my cuzo re-sell the dress. If anyone is interested message me or leave a comment. K thanks, Enjoy!!! =)

Birdies in the Bush

A few weeks ago my dad noticed that every time you walk to the front door at our house a bird would come tearing outta the bush/tree near the walkway. It would fly to a near by tree and wait until you're gone then return to the bush. No one thought anything of it until my dad looked in the bush after about a week or two and found a little nest with about a half dozen eggs in it!!!! The little hatched chicks were so cute!! But, sadly they got eaten 3 days after hatching. =( We think a crow or cat got to them. Poor lil buggers, they were so cute!! Enjoy folks!!

A Productive Monday

Today was a fairly productive day. I woke up and went to work for a good 6 hour shift and made the best of the 2 cars that I worked on. Other than that it has been ridiculously slow in the automotive industry. After work I made my way down to Bronstine's where they actually had the jazz guitar book in stock!! Stupid Guitar Center is lame-o and doesn't carry the Micky Baker book. As my last stop before heading home I went to my Grandma's sisters house. Now I'm not quite sure what to call her other than LaLa because ever since I was a little rascal that's what I called her. Would she be called a Grandmother-in-law? LOL if someone could help me out on that, that would be awesome. Anyway here are some random pix from out in front of my house. We've been having alot of birds in the neighborhood and they're cute little buggers. Enjoy!!! =)
