Snowboarding Trip #3

Well this was my third trip up for the 08/09 season and it didn't turn out very well. For starters, Boreal was SUPER icy on all runs except for a few spots where there was some man made powder. The terrain park was not groomed very well for the medium sized jumps, jibs, rails and boxes. That, however, was the least of my troubles. On the first run of the day I got way to exuberant and ended up falling off a box. I landed directly on my right shoulder. At first I thought I was ok, but as the day went on I noticed the pain becoming more and more excruciating. On the drive home I could barely shift gears, reach for my energy drink or change the radio. It was definitely the most irritating and unpleasant drive I've made in my life to this date. Once I was back in the bay area I went to the ER just to make sure i didnt dislocate anything, damage my clavical or have any fractures. The doctor reported back from the Xrays that there was no apperant damage.....thank god. So, they druged me and gave me a sling for comfort. Its been about two days now and my arm still hurts like a B*%&#. Well, tommorrow it's back to work and I'm not sure how thats going to go. I'm sure I'll be having a hard time getting my work done......we'll see. Heres a few pix from tahoe and after i got back from the ER.

This is my friend Gabbi, she volunteered to do a shoot with me because I was super antsy to use my new AlienBee strobe light!!! I hope I did well for experimenting for the first time with a powerful off camera flash unit.....(3 edited pictures to come....when Gabbi finally chooses the 3 she wants =P)

Snowboarding Trip #2

The second trip up for the season was super successful!!!! The snow was absolutely beautiful and the drive there and back was traffic free. The runs were all powder the whole day, we didn't encounter any bad runs.

Uhhh this is my hurt a$$ brother. I think he thinks this hair dew is cool or something......hahaha he looks like and a$$hole to me.... I thought his ugly hair needed to be seen by others. LOL

Christmas Eve, Day and Night

My Christmas was spent with the family on both sides. On Christmas Eve my family from my dad's side and on Christmas Day family from my mom's side. My little cousin is growing up to be a pretty cool little dude. He got sooo many toys for Christmas!! It brings me back to when I was younger and wanting a bunch of toys rather than cloths and gadgets. Well I'll let the pictures do the talking from here.....=D

AlienBee Toy

Yesterday at work was a pretty gloomy day. I helped Vihn pack up his final things at work and we loaded his MASSIVE tool box onto a trailer as he prepares to make his final trip down to LA on Saturday. Also di*khead Darrell stole my freakin' stall all day with his transmission job that he was unable to finish. But, the day turned around when i recieved three packages in shiping/recieving dept. at Honda. Low and behold my AlienBee flash unit had arrived!!!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!! =D

I appologize for my EXTREMELY messy room but playing with this new doohicky took precedence

Happy New Years!!!!!

To everyone,

I just wanted to wish everyone a very happy NEW YEARS!!! Last night was super crazy on Broadway and anyone who was there knows what I'm talking about. I'm just thankful that all my friends made it home safely and no one got hurt or anything of that nature. Everyone have a very wonderful day recuperating from the mass of mayhem last night!!!! take care.
